  It is so refreshing to work with people, especially in this field, that truly have the clients positive experience in mind. We are a company that provides caskets and the delivery was delayed for one of their clients which caused them to have to stay late to accept the casket. The owner, Jay, personally told us that they would have someone stay late so that his clients would not have a negative experience. This type of customer service has long since evaporated and we wanted to publicly acknowledge that Gunter's Funeral Home (especially Jay the owner) provides customer service as it should be done!
